Cucumber Water
I love water, but it gets boring so I like to “spice” it up a little by adding some produce. Cucumber and mint are a great addition for a surprisingly refreshing, delicious and healthy way to hydrate.
I simply chop up some cucumber and mint, put it in a pitcher of water and let it sit over night. Add some lemon if you want a little boost in flavor and some more detoxifying and energizing elements.
