Fit Friday Challenge…

This weeks challenge… Count calories.

Buy a small notebook, or use your iPhone, smartphone etc… to track EVERYTHING you eat including caloric intake.

This may sound tough to do (maybe not for some) but its a great exercise to teach you just how much, or little you are actually eating. Plus it gives you perspective on the types of food you are fueling your body with.

Send us an update and let us know how it’s going. Is it hard, easy? What are you learning about your eating habits etc…? Is this something you will continue doing?
