Walking Spiderman-Pushup

Works: Chest, arms and core

I saw this move in the current issue of Muscle Fitness for Her and can’t wait to give it a try. 

1) Get in a push up position with your feet shoulder width.

2) Reach forward eight inches with your right arm, drawing your left foot forward eight inches, bend your knee outward. Perform a deep push up.

3) While rising from the push up, reach forward with your left arm eight inches then draw your right leg forward eight inches. Try to complete 20 reps.
