Getting your rear in gear…

Kelly Rowland is featured in Shape Magazine this month. In it she talks about the workout that gave her this amazing body. She also points out the fact that as she gets older, she needs to work her lovely rear-end a little harder to keep it lifted and tight. We hear ya Kelly!!
Here’s a great butt workout I found by Brooke Burke who was recently nominated as having the hottest celebrity bikini body.  She knows what she’s doing when it comes to working out.  This is a quick workout you can do at home and she even incorporates her son at the end, so no excuses! You can do this one with your kids.
