Wordless Wednesday: Visit with Nana B, baking cookies and being a good neighbor

My mom came for a visit last week and left yesterday afternoon. We were very upset to see her go, especially my son Georgie who loves his Nana B “to the sky!” He said in the car on our way home from the airport that “Nana B is awesome!” They did lots of fun things together including making playdo (making your own is easier than you think, I’ll give you the recipe in a later post) and baking cookies.

Nana B and the boys.

Ingredients to bake cookies.

Pour them in a bowl.

and stir it up…

A little taste before we bake. Cookie dough is the best part!

Out of the oven and ready to eat!

Mmmm… cookies and milk.

Good idea to taste all the cookies. 🙂

Bobby wants some too.

A good way to teach your kids how to be good neighbors is to bring them some cookies with a nice note. This was actually Georgie’s idea so I guess he’s the one teaching us!

That’s all for now. We miss you Nana B but you’re in our hearts and we’ll see you very soon!

Laloo! xoxoxo
