My legs don’t look quite as good as the above picture, but here is a short and effective leg, butt and thigh workout I do a few times a week to help me get there. You can do this routine just about anywhere. Please bare with me as the production value on my videos is pretty terrible. This time around I at least had my husband on hand to assist me so you don’t see me walking away from the camera as I turn it on. LOL! The best part is the end when George, my husband, doesn’t turn off the camera. Classic. I figure it’s good for a bit of a laugh while you workout.
