A few of you emailed me about giving some examples of strength training exercises you can do from home. Here is a video of some simple arm exercises you can do with just a simple set of weights. You can even use a resistance band, that’s what I use in my classes when we are out at the park, they are light weight and transportable.
I start off with a quick warm up and stretch, then get into a quick, easy, and effective arm series. For the most benefit perform this series 2 or 3 times. In future posts I will show you leg, ab, butt and thigh exercises you can do from home. All short easy workouts that will give you results if done regularly.
